Thorough understanding of electric motors and components; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Preferred) OR Associate’s degree with minimum 2 years experience in CI manufacturing processes, winding/connecting, assembly and material delivery.
