Ensuring that all maintenance data recorded is reliable, accurate and complete at all times.
Identifying and raising further work and identifying capital investment needs (through Problem Notes or reactive Plant Failure Reports) required to avoid repeat incidents and failures at powered assets.
Proactively looking at ways of reducing the number of repeat failures, Pollution and/or Flooding incidents at powered assets.
Acting as the Person Controlling the Works (PCW) for all work (within relevant mechanical or electrical discipline) being completed on site by Framework Contractors, ensuring that the work is completed safely, correctly, on time and within budget.
