- Lead proof-of-concept implementations that directly influence multi-million-dollar real estate decisions
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering solutions using our AI platform, including:
- Become the voice of the US customer, sharing insights with our product & engineering team to influence roadmap priorities
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and identify AI automation opportunities
- Travel (25-30%) to client sites across the US, building deep relationships with the teams who rely on our platform
- Partner closely with our CEO on US go-to-market strategy, supporting with PoCs, demos and sales conversations, helping shape how we win in the American market
- Build our US solutions playbook, creating repeatable patterns while maintaining our "bespoke at scale" approach

- Deep passion for prompt engineering and AI, you've experimented with all the models, and you understand how to coax optimal outputs through careful prompt design
- Experience coding for building proof-of-concepts
- Exceptional attention to detail, you can wade through a thousand-page real estate document and spot the critical insights
- International experience or comfort working across time zones with our London team
- Are based in or willing to relocate to New York City
- Multi-step workflow automation for investment analysis and portfolio management
- Proven track record of owning client deliverables in high-stakes environments
- Real estate, financial services, or legal industry knowledge
- Experience at a high-growth startup or in a forward deployed engineering role
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to context-switch between technical implementation and executive conversations

- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success, ideally in enterprise SaaS
- Previous experience working directly with C-suite executives
