Facility Technician

Description

• Work closely with the Facility Lead Technician.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures.
• Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact
• Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members
• Work directly with the Lead Facility Technician and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Adhere to our company uniform policies
• Perform routine maintenance on all equipment within our scope of work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience performing HVAC maintenance.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• In house and manufacturer led training, leadership development
• 2+ years of experience with large RTU’s and split system service calls.
• Minimum of 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration
