Experience in the design, development, and construction or design validation projects requiring integration of mechanical, electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
Understanding of systems engineering principles and the ability to apply V&V techniques across different phases of product development.
Chartered with a relevant professional institute (or approaching application for registration).
Established capability in originating and progressing designs from concept through to detailed design, to a given set of requirements and constraints.
Ability to identify and manage critical interfaces on major projects.
Degree qualified mechanical engineer (or other relevant qualification).
Experience in producing bids and proposals or placing contracts with industry.
Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Knowledge and experience in relevant industry standards and regulations.
