OH Electrical Safety Inspector Certification (Residential/Limited Commercial (RLC) (Lvl 3) with Electrical Safety Inspector (ESI) Specialization/Endorsement) or ability to obtain required
Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and a considerable amount of independent judgment
interim/trainee certification may be accepted
Additional OH Certifications a plus
Experience in municipal code inspections preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Interpretation of codes in the field and ability to provide code compliant solutions
Good time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
OH Building Inspector Certification (Residential/Limited Commercial (RLC) (Lvl 3)) required
Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
