The role offers a salary ranging from £10.00 to £12.21 per hour, includes a fully funded industry‑recognised qualification and a range of benefits such as a health cash plan. It is a 15‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship, full‑time (37.5 hpw), based in Durham with hybrid working options.

The Durham Mental Wellbeing Alliance, commissioned by Durham County Council in 2021, brings together multiple organisations that address a wide variety of mental health and wellbeing issues, offering you the chance to develop diverse skills, knowledge and training.

During the apprenticeship you will work towards a Level 2 qualification over 15 months, spend two days a week at Mercury House, Durham, and allocate 20‑25 % of your working week to study. An Enhanced DBS check will be arranged and funded by the employer.
