The entry‑level BIM Modeler will work with the Electrical Construction team to produce high‑quality drawings for new‑build construction projects and a variety of existing buildings at the Dallas, Texas location. Candidates must be able to work on electrical designs for commercial and retail projects, delivering designs and specifications within set timeframes and budgets. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, has knowledge of the electrical trade, and possesses BIM‑related software and modeling knowledge as a plus.
Applicants must hold a licensed journeyman electrician credential with at least six years of experience, be able to pass drug and background screenings, and possess a valid driver’s license. A basic understanding of electrical systems and drafting, strong technical communication skills, and willingness to work full‑time in an office environment are required.
