Join piping using threaded, soldered, brazed, fused, or cemented joints
Install and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including compressors, pumps, meters, and controls
Secure piping systems using clamps, brackets, and hangers
Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and diagnostic tools
Inspect worksites to identify obstructions and ensure structural integrity
Plan installation sequences to avoid conflicts with other trades
Select appropriate pipe types and sizes based on job specifications
Assemble and install metal and non-metal piping systems, including, carbon, brass, copper, lead, and stainless
Perform welding as required for system installation

Ability to visualize three-dimensional layouts from plans and specifications
Must have a valid driver's license & OHSA 10
