As the Property Manager at our St Johns village you will work full‑time Monday to Friday and lead a small team responsible for the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all property, grounds and other village assets.
- Day‑to‑day site management including repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
- Engage with residents, listen to concerns, and uphold high standards
- Partner with onsite construction team to ensure smooth handover of new buildings and facilities
- Manage regulatory, health and safety matters, BMS and regular reporting
