- Monitor KPIs and departmental metrics to drive efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support performance reviews and career growth through coaching and training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulations.

- Demonstrated ability to respond to actionable communication with promptness, professionalism, and respect.
- Strong understanding of project-based billing, contract compliance, and financial systems.
- Skilled in overseeing multiple teams and balancing dynamic workloads in fast-paced environments.
