Liaise with finance, insurance, legal, landlords, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to resolve administrative issues and facilitate smooth lease management.
Own and update key templates, guidelines, and process documentation for the CRE team.
Assist in reviewing legal documents and contracts for accuracy and compliance, working closely with legal, finance, and real estate managers.
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate equipment and workspace readiness.
Support the lease abstraction process and ensure accurate data integration.
Ensure all documentation meets compliance and audit standards, and maintain organized electronic records using SharePoint and other systems.
Act as a primary team contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding lease documentation and transactional information.
Provide administrative support to CRE leadership and managers for special projects, presentations, and process improvements.
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and vacation/travel calendars for the CRE team.
Coordinate the execution, review, and distribution of lease and real estate documents, including leases, amendments, memorandums, estoppels, assignments, consents, insurance certificates, and termination/vacate letters.
Develop, customize, and distribute portfolio and critical dates reports using CoStar and other internal databases.
