Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations and one Senior Accountant
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management, banks, etc
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Master’s Degree, CPA, or CMA certification is highly preferred
