We are looking for a proactive professional to grow the Power & Pump division across the Midlands, strengthening relationships with existing customers while uncovering new business opportunities to boost sales, rentals and profit.
The Area Sales Manager will execute the territory sales plan, introduce Carrier’s product range, identify strategic market opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to uphold industry standards, and maintain strong, value‑adding customer relationships.
Successful candidates will have outside sales experience in plant hire or construction, preferably with pump solutions, and familiarity with electrical power equipment such as generators or battery storage. Strong MS Office and communication skills, self‑motivation, a passion to win and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus a 20% SIP, a company car with fuel and credit cards, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme, with the flexibility of a remote role.
