Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.
May coordinate proposal and bid package information or coordination of document release. May coordinate tracking contact status, vendor relations, meeting minutes.
Compose and process routine correspondence.
Assist the Project Manager with the coordination and scheduling of the construction management activities on projects.
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the design and engineering between various engineers for the customers’ process, equipment and installation.
Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records.
Develop, maintain and report project status to the customer. Assist the Project Manager to develop project proposals.
You should be able to lead by example at all times and be able to listen and follow all instructions provided by the PM team.
Conduct research then compile statistical reports.
Perform estimating, bidding and subcontract procurement on projects.
Reviews and approves invoices.
Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by manager.
Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and transcription of meeting minutes.
Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site.

Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), tablets and smartphones.
