Seven plus years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.
Have previous successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from 20+ personnel, meeting safety, quality, and production goals.
Current Idaho Journeyman license.
Be able to apply the latest technological techniques to maximize employee safety, quality, and production.
Ability to lift 100lbs.
Have safety training related to electrical and general construction such as OSHA 30 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, scissor lift, forklift, Lock Out/Tag Out, and trade-specific.
Have moderate to high-level computer skills including Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.
Superior internal and external communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) with the ability to be a leader by acknowledging contributions by others.
