- Dependable & Team-Oriented Your role ensures materials arrive on time and in top condition.
- Maintaining Quality Control Overseeing inspections and ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 and AISC standards.
- Overseeing Erection Projects Managing crews, subcontractors, and job site logistics to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Ensuring Safety Compliance Conducting safety meetings, enforcing PPE use, and following strict safety protocols.
- Leading and Supervising Teams Training, mentoring, and holding ironworkers accountable for performance and safety.

- 3+ years of experience as an Ironworker
- Precision & Quality Every load you handle contributes to a project built to last.
- You're not ready to manage multiple moving parts on a complex job site.
- Leadership and communication skills to run a tight, efficient team
- You're uncomfortable working at heights or in harsh weather conditions.
- You're an expert at problem-solving and adapting to changing conditions.
- Prior leadership or Foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of steel erection, rigging, and welding
- Tekla EPM software experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Team Environment You'll work with a crew that values hard work, accountability, and professionalism.
