Assist in managing compliance with various Company policies and governance processes, including the administration of the Company’s insider trading policy.
Support the preparation of the Company’s SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, Section 16 filings, the proxy statement, and other related filings as well as related disclosure documents.
Assist in finance and capital markets transactions, including debt or equity transactions.
Assist in review and preparation of Board materials, including drafting resolutions and minutes.
Support ESG-related disclosures.
