We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Asset Management team, reporting to the Systems Team Lead. The role focuses on delivering reliable, future‑focused technical solutions that support critical service delivery across our contracts.
The analyst will provide functional support for our Computerised Maintenance Management (CMMS/CAFM) systems, analyse and document business processes, and work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners and contract teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows. They will also manage data loading and quality assurance, translate business information into useful outputs, and take part in system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide functional support for CMMS/CAFM to meet business needs and improve performance.
- Analyze and document business systems and processes, contributing to functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology partners, and contract teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows.
- Support data management activities, including loading, quality assurance, and translating business information into outputs.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting large enterprise environments and navigating complex systems, strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. A collaborative, people‑focused attitude, the capability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and a strong work ethic are essential, with desirable experience in CMMS/CAFM, software development, databases, reporting tools or data analytics.
