Follow instructions and established safety guidelines.
Assemble and position form components using instructions or shop drawings.
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts (with training).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, push, pull, lift, carry, kneel, grip, and perform repetitive motions.
Help train new team members on basic tasks.
Work indoors in a non-climate-controlled plant and outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, damp, humid).
Use screeds to level concrete.
Perform general manual labor, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
Assist with steel, form, and concrete fabrication, including placement, form setup/teardown, bed preparation, pulling strand, and finishing concrete.

Ability to work at a rapid pace and handle repetitive tasks.
0–1 year of related experience.
Frequent exposure to loud noise, dust, dirt, fumes, and moving machinery.
At least 18 years of age.
Prior experience working with concrete or concrete-related equipment preferred.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Strong visual and hearing abilities, including depth perception and close/distance vision.
Familiarity with hand tools, forklifts, or manufacturing machinery preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Physically able to perform the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift.
Must wear required PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, safety shoes, high-visibility garments, gloves, and other protective equipment).
