- Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties
- Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts
- Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2026 & May 2027 focusing in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Real Estate
- Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
