Maintains a clean job site to eliminate possible hazards.
Performs technical tasks in trades, including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry. Install fixtures including windows, roofing, floorings, trim, tile, ceiling tile, hardware, heating, and ventilation.
Operates and maintains tools and equipment, including (but not limited to): drills, saws, nail guns, hammers, and shovels.
Performs framing tasks including wood/metal, drywall, fiberglass reinforced plastic, and T-Bar.
Travels to different worksites to complete required tasks and projects.

May be responsible for assisting other workers on construction and preconstruction assignments.
