The Make Ready Technician – Level 1 prepares vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and inspections that meet the Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program. The role supports the maintenance team, maintains property curb appeal, and provides emergency or on‑call support as needed. Travel is limited to a 25‑mile radius from the primary community each day.

- Perform basic maintenance tasks: light fixture replacement, minor plumbing repairs, appliance checks, and drywall patching.
- Assist with painting, carpet cleaning, and exterior touch‑ups to achieve market‑ready standards.
- Manage inventory, report supply needs, and support work orders and groundskeeping.
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, parking lots, breezeways, amenities, and common areas.
- Provide emergency and on‑call maintenance support as required.
