- Maintain work instructions and personal standard work documentation.
- Meet reporting deadlines, which require identification and resolution of issues on a timely basis and proactive communication with others around the company.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Complete account reconciliations and perform associated analysis and follow-up
- Participate in process improvement projects and activities
- Accurately prepare/process journal entries and invoices
- Complete monthly/quarterly accounting close activities
- Manage CPGRC Compliance Reviews
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures as applicable
- Interface with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and the year-end audit
- Assist with trial balance variance reviews

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Work well under pressure, be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities, and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Be accessible to and build positive working relationships with all levels of the organization including General Management, Segment and Plant Controllers, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit and various other finance personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- SAP / HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) software skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
