  • Maintain work instructions and personal standard work documentation.
  • Meet reporting deadlines, which require identification and resolution of issues on a timely basis and proactive communication with others around the company.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Complete account reconciliations and perform associated analysis and follow-up
  • Participate in process improvement projects and activities
  • Accurately prepare/process journal entries and invoices
  • Complete monthly/quarterly accounting close activities
  • Manage CPGRC Compliance Reviews
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures as applicable
  • Interface with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and the year-end audit
  • Assist with trial balance variance reviews

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Work well under pressure, be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities, and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Be accessible to and build positive working relationships with all levels of the organization including General Management, Segment and Plant Controllers, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit and various other finance personnel.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • SAP / HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) software skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
