Rebuild Superintendent (Lynnwood Office)

Description

• Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure timely and professional completion of projects.
• Manage supply deliveries and procurement for job sites.
• Conduct site inspections and perform final job walk-throughs to ensure quality control.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers and clients.
• Actively assist with reconstruction tasks when needed.
• Review project scopes and ensure all fieldwork aligns with approved estimates.
• Uphold strong customer service standards throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and enter tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
• 1+ years of experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Previous experience in field supervision or construction project management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Xactimate proficiency preferred
