Description

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within commercial targets, and to the highest standards of quality, governance, and client satisfaction.

• Lead project “lessons learned” and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
• Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including financial forecasting, CVRs, and profit-improvement plans.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust project controls and ensure full compliance across all stages.
• Build, manage, and monitor end-to-end project programmes—including milestones, key deliverables, and contingency plans.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to join our Building Services team in London. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of large, multi-disciplinary commercial projects—including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and handover.

• Strong understanding of multi-discipline project interfaces and complex work sequencing.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large MEP contracts on time and within commercial parameters.
• Proven experience leading project teams on large commercial schemes in London or the surrounding areas, with mechanical/electrical package responsibility of around £25M.
• Formal health & safety training (minimum SMSTS).
