Promote and support the adoption of modern methods of construction
Record lessons learned and capture knowledge for future projects
Support integration of temporary and permanent works design
Use BIM and digital tools to enhance preconstruction and delivery outputs
Support preconstruction design and methods development into construction delivery
Prepare detailed schedules for construction methodology options
Develop logistics strategies and concept temporary works schemes
Contribute to methodology solutions aligned with design development and site constraints
Support development of cost and carbon estimates for works packages
Assist with training resources for the Methods Engineering Team and wider project teams
Assist in developing construction sequencing following Method-led Construction principles
Provide reinforcement detailing and constructability support, with focus on prefabrication and productivity
Coordinate with discipline specialists across in-house and external supply chain teams
Identify risks and assist with mitigation planning

Comfortable working with digital models and BIM tools
Awareness of CDM Regulations and safe systems of work
Understanding of project planning and resourcing requirements
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with deadline-driven outputs
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and modern methods of construction
Confidence to challenge traditional construction approaches
Previous experience in reinforcement detailing analysis and optimisation
Experience working across multiple projects
Previous project experience in complex/major project environments at Site Engineer or Section Engineer level (or equivalent)
Progressing towards professional accreditation in Civil Engineering (Incorporated/Chartered)
