- Planning, executing and documenting of commissioning and handover activities.
- Produce Plant Operating Procedures and O&M manuals and documentation.
- To access man power requirements based on the site condition to complete the works within the timeline.
- Accomplish multiple goals and perform delivering expected results.
- Quickly assess new situations, prioritizes critical tasks.
- Prepare/review risk assessments and method statements as required.
- Provides trainings to the operator.
- Ensure process / performance of the machine is achieved as per the design.
- Maintain the snagging list and progress the completion of all snags assigned.
- Produce project deliverables including Equipment Lists, Instrument Lists, Line Lists, Valve Lists and I/O Schedules to specify technical requirements.
- Review P&ID drawings and perform HAZOP study to validate the same for design and build projects.
- Prepare process description and control philosophy for design and build projects.
- Prepare and follow up documentation etc, as per company ISO Standards.
- Prepare and maintain the commissioning programme & Timeline and execute activities in accordance with the programme.
- Advice the Service team for maintenance and supporting for new sales and O&M contracts.

- Good Coordination with clients/ internal departments, for follow up.
- Strong Communication.
- Ability to perform and document the electromechanical and automatic control system tests, other related inspections and commissioning activities (Minimum but not limited to: Megger Test, IO Loop Test, Cable Schedule, Dry Run & Wet Run Test Reports).
- Having a working experience in UAE and other GCC/ North African region.
- Ability to understand process and flow diagrams water/ waste water treatment plants.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise projects in accordance with deadline requirements.
- Strong electro-mechanical technical knowledge.
- Very good oral and written English skills absolutely required, additional languages skills are an advantage, especially in Arabic and German.
- Identify and utilize resources and display strong ownership skills.
