In this high‑impact role you will be the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, ensuring contract requirements are met, handling escalations and supporting contract renewals outside the winter period. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality and contribute to revenue growth.

Build and nurture client relationships through regular KIT calls, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and prompt complaint resolution.
Oversee contract profitability, apply pricing uplifts and manage renewals to keep contracts sustainable.
Lead day‑to‑day account management, support the team with routine tasks and intervene on escalations or complex issues.
Identify upsell opportunities, forward leads to Business Development and improve quote conversion rates.
Manage own schedule, balancing travel, meetings and administrative duties with autonomy.
Chase invoicing queries, close outstanding PPM billing and maintain accurate client documentation.
Analyse performance data using Power BI, KPI reports and client portals to spot trends and drive improvements.
