We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) Engineer with deep expertise in Teamcenter, MBOM creation, and tooling configuration control. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor between product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production operations, ensuring that manufacturing data, tool definitions, and workflows are accurate, optimized, and released on time.You will play a key role in shaping how our manufacturing processes are configured, controlled, and scaled.
This is a salaried, exempt-level position. This position typically works in an office environment; and given the nature of our business is also exposed to operations/warehouses/production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical workstreams with minimal oversight
- Strong understanding of EBOM-to-MBOM transformation and configuration ruless
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, configuration management, or PLM engineering.
- Education, Experience and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, configuration management, or PLM engineering.Expert-level proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter, specifically manufacturing modules (e.g., MPP, MBOM, BOP).Strong understanding of EBOM-to-MBOM transformation and configuration rulessExperience with tooling definition, lifecycle management, and manufacturing documentation.Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical workstreams with minimal oversight
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, complex assembly, or other highly configured product environments.
- Experience with tooling definition, lifecycle management, and manufacturing documentation.
- Expert-level proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter, specifically manufacturing modules (e.g., MPP, MBOM, BOP).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong analytical skills and an automation mindset (e.g., scripting, data extraction, workflow optimization).
- Familiarity with ERP integration, routing creation, or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Ability to travel, as needed, by plane, automobile, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of CAD/PLM integrations (NX preferred but not required).
