Conduct field observations of existing facilities and perform a range of facilities‑related services, including roofing, waterproofing, fireproofing, firestopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, as well as leak and forensic investigations. You will also interact and communicate effectively with site contractors, fellow technicians, and project managers.

The ideal candidate is actively pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in engineering, architecture, building science, or a related field, and has a strong interest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structures. The role requires repetitive lifting of 40–70 lb and occasional lifts of up to 85 lb to waist height, along with reliable transportation for job‑site travel (mileage reimbursed).
