Collaborate with architects, designers, project managers, engineers, and national brand stakeholders to ensure all technical and design requirements are met.
Adapt and implement national brand design guidelines and specifications, ensuring consistency across multiple national brand locations.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software to create precise, editable, and version-controlled drafting files.
Assist in reviewing and assessing potential national brand sites to determine suitability for proposed designs and identify any challenges that may arise.
Perform regular quality checks of drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with project specifications.
Provide drafting support for new national brand location rollouts, ensuring timely delivery of plans and seamless integration of changes for each location.
Prepare clear, accurate, and organized architectural documentation, including construction drawings, redlines, revisions, and as-built drawings.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections based on design concepts, site surveys, and national brand specifications.
Research and apply local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations for various national brand locations, ensuring compliance in all designs.

Experience with PowerPoint, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
