Apply state statutes, minimum survey requirements, and legal principles to execute survey projects successfully.
Evaluate complex property title and boundary issues.
Track and maintain records of title and boundary analysis, decisions, and issues.
Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements with the Survey Project Lead.
Evaluate project budget, scope, and fees with the Survey Project Lead.
Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
Attend project team meetings to coordinate and evaluate project progress.
Direct field crews and manage execution of field survey activities.
Stay current on service‑specific trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.
Travel occasionally for courthouse research.
Ensure quality control and quality assurance for survey activities on each project.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance and mentoring to project team staff as needed.
