Oversight of design and documentation process externally, this individual will ensure projects are set up for success and delivery on time and within budget.
Lead up to 2 projects circa $3ml construction value each, reporting into Senior Design Manager within the Development team.
Creating Design briefs before extending to Architects and Interior Designers for tender.
Working autonomously, Design Managers will interface with Sales, Marketing and Operations team to understand assets and greenfield sites.
High awareness of Design, Buildability, Cost and Risk
Excellent Relationship management experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Architect/Interior Designer who has traversed to Design Manager on the owner/asset holder, client-side Project Management or D+C sector.
5-10 years experience, Retail and Hospitality Developments highly sought after.
Interstate travel may be required.
