

Provides global engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services for large-scale industrial, energy, infrastructure and government projects.
Operating under detailed instructions and review, this position provides essential technical knowledge and performs work to support the Design Area Lead. The role contributes to Fluor’s competitiveness by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence, focusing on design and layout of moderate scope.
Candidates must hold a diploma in Civil Engineering and have eight to twelve years of directly related experience. Required expertise includes preparing civil engineering drawings for earthworks, roads, and drainage, developing heavy‑haul and access road designs for mining and oil & gas projects, and using design software such as OpenRoads, Civil3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Familiarity with SP3D and Revit is advantageous, as is experience with clash detection, material take‑offs, and reinforcement detailing for concrete structures.

The salary range for this role is Rs1,480,500.00 – Rs2,749,500.00.
