Assist with benefits administration tasks, open enrollment support, and employee changes
Assist with full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and administrative roles
Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Post job openings on approved job boards, company website, and social platforms
Support safety initiatives, workers’ compensation documentation, and reporting as needed
Maintain employee records, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Conduct phone screens and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure accurate completion of I-9 forms and compliance with E-Verify procedures
Help coordinate training, safety documentation, and company events
Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting metrics
Uphold confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times
Screen résumés and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
Support pre-employment processes, including background checks, references, and drug screens
Respond to employee inquiries or route them to the appropriate HR team member
Assist with payroll changes, timekeeping updates, and routine HR reporting
Support onboarding and new-hire orientation; prepare new-hire packets and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
