Support the Mobilisation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new developments’ utility supplies
Access and download invoices from various utility portals
Monitor and coordinate the Utilities inbox for queries and communications
Manage Water, Gas, and Electricity invoices
Handle scanned documents from reception related to utilities
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve historic and ongoing utility queries
Participate in utility recharge processes, ensuring accurate meter readings and invoicing based on actual consumption
Reconcile monthly and quarterly EDI files from suppliers to ensure correct payments
Act as liaison with Ginger Energy (Brokers)
Process payments to utility suppliers using Qube system
Upload and manage EDI files within Qube
Reconcile utility accounts and resolve discrepancies
