- Cleaning windows, removing cobwebs, and removing snow and/or ice

- Have experience maintaining and cleaning swimming pools
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
- Be able to read, write, and speak English in order to effectively communicate with residents and team members, and have the physical ability to perform tasks that require continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and work with up to 50 pounds throughout a shift using proper lifting techniques.
- Sanitizing kitchen and lavatory facilities
