Royallinks is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee business operations, drive growth, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution aligned with company goals.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
• Proven track record of managing business operations, client accounts, or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
