- Maintain and improve survey standards, codes, templates, and documentation.
- Review and approve survey data and deliverables in line with client and project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior Survey Data Technicians and interns.
- Partner with Project Leads to understand data needs, provide status updates, and resolve challenges.
- Represent the survey team professionally when interacting with clients, contractors, and landowners.
- Communicate regularly with field personnel to maintain data standards.
- Maintain accurate archives of designs, drawings, and revision histories.
- Perform drafting and design tasks in Autodesk Civil 3D, including plans, layouts, assemblies, and detail drawings.
- Support survey crew data processing using Microsoft Office and Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Coordinate and oversee Survey team task lists to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
- Follow all company and client safety procedures.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new software.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to pass DOT and company-required drug/alcohol testing.
- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in survey
- Knowledge of GIS and document management principles.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and ethical practices.
- Associate’s degree in civil Survey, Drafting & Design, Engineering, or related field.
- Understand and support overall project goals, timelines, and constraints.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
