The Role
Overview
Admin support for service & heat team, handling maintenance, tickets, logistics, and coordination.

Tasks
-Responsibility for managing the supply of lubricating oil and removal of used oil and coolant from the Flexible Generation sites -Providing holiday cover for Telford store coordinator when required -Generating purchase orders for equipment/sub-contractors as requested, track parts deliveries with suppliers -Assisting store coordinator with any part orders and returns, keeping all records up to date -Arranging any hire equipment needed for Field Service Engineers to carry out task -Supporting with organising accommodation for Field Service Engineers -Assisting with planning on site works and co-ordination of Field Service Engineers -Assisting the support desk with incoming telephone calls and email -Creating service tickets and allocate to engineers as required -Assisting store coordinator with incoming and outgoing goods -Managing calibration records and arrange equipment testing -Assisting the service support coordinator with engineers van stock takes -Liaising with sub-contractors as requested and filing job reports in a timely manner -Supporting and ensuring planned maintenance tasks are kept up to date
