Produce complete, high‑quality architectural drawing sets for filing based on initial design concepts.

Experience with multifamily projects.
Solid understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and documentation standards.
A sense of ownership and the ability to support leadership by working efficiently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of NYC zoning and NYC Building Codes.
Familiarity with Alteration Type 1 and Type 2 applications.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow your skills.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Communicate confidently with expediters and trades (minimal direct client interaction required).
