Participe au contrôle des documents d’appel d’offres et à la documentation, l’organisation et l’archivage de toutes les informations relatives à l’estimation pour assurer un transfert réussi à l’équipe de projet.
Prépare les calculs de quantités pour la main-d’œuvre, l’équipement et les matériaux à partir des documents de projet pour les travaux internes et sous-traités.
Assiste l’estimateur principal en calculant les quantités de matériaux, en planifiant et en complétant les formulaires de soumission, en générant des demandes d’information et en anticipant les exigences liées à la proposition et au périmètre.
Développe et entretient des relations solides avec toutes les parties prenantes, y compris l’estimateur principal, le responsable des soumissions, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs.
Documente toutes les informations relatives à la soumission, les classe et les organise pour transfert à l’équipe de projet en cas d’attribution.
Gère toutes les estimations de petite envergure ou les composantes des estimations de grande envergure et examine l’ensemble des documents d’appel d’offres associés.
Assiste le responsable des soumissions et contribue au dépôt des offres le jour de la soumission.
Applique les prix unitaires ou les allocations de matériaux ainsi que les taux de productivité de base de la main-d’œuvre à l’estimation.

Connaissance générale de la construction : compréhension des devis, plans, matériaux, méthodes et procédures.
Familiarité avec différents modes de réalisation : soumission ferme, prix maximum garanti (GMP), prix unitaire, conception-construction, prix cibles et remboursement des coûts.
Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme dans une discipline connexe est requis.
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience progressive en estimation des coûts de construction ou dans un domaine connexe est requis.
Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail avec les parties prenantes, y compris la capacité à solliciter des partenaires sous-traitants et des fournisseurs.
Sollicite des prix compétitifs auprès des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs pour soutenir les opérations en cours.
Maîtrise des logiciels d’estimation et de la suite Microsoft Office, avec une forte aptitude à adopter de nouvelles technologies.
