Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior leadership on the progress of rail/BRT/ART and wadi loop design and construction.
Address any issues related to the design or construction phase, and provide technical solutions to challenges that arise.
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the systems are completed on schedule and within budget.
Analysis and perform hydrological studies and analysis to design drainage channels and structures, ensuring the wadi loops effectively manage stormwater and wadi flows.
Oversee the construction and installation of Railway/BRT/ART systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Lead the design and implementation of Railway/BRT/ART systems, including track alignment, station design, signaling, and associated infrastructure.
Collaborate with local authorities, utility providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration of rail and wadi systems within the existing infrastructure.
Ensure the operation and maintenance of Railway/BRT/ART systems are efficiently integrated into the broader transportation network, facilitating long-term sustainability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to design modifications, testing results, regulatory approvals, and final as-built designs.
Implement robust quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) measures during design and construction phases to ensure all systems meet the required technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations for rail systems and water management.
Identify potential risks associated with rail and wadi loop systems, including hydrological challenges, soil stability, and safety concerns, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Review and approve design documents, blueprints, and technical drawings related to rail and wadi systems.
Design and implement wadi loop transit systems to manage water flow, prevent flooding, and integrate sustainable drainage solutions.
Support the handover process, ensuring that operation and maintenance manuals are provided, and all systems are fully functional before final project delivery.
Integrate the design of rail and wadi systems with other project systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil) to ensure cohesive project execution.
