Roads Engineer

Description

• Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout site.
• Assist in controlling plant and materials on site.
• Regularly complete the site diary and paperwork.
• Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard.
• Provide regular updates for the PM and Snr Site Agents.
• Conduct Site Surveying and Setting Out.
• Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended.
• Liaise with Clients / Consultancies when necessary.

Requirements

A successful Site Engineer will be supporting the delivery of Road Projects across all aspects of the business from a Construction point of view. A strong ethos on health and safety, compliance, reporting, and documentation are essential qualities.

Our client (a Leading Civil and Utilities company) is currently looking for experienced Site Engineers to join their team.

• Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
• A relevant qualification is desirable.
• Time management abilities to meet targets.
• Full clean driver’s license essential.
• Experience in Road Infrastructure (including single lane urban) and Cycle Lanes
