  • Finishing of casework, millwork and specialty items
  • Follow all company and site-specific safety and health program policies.
  • Maintain a running list of materials consumed on each project
  • Actively participate in accident/incident investigations when applicable.
  • Sanding, staining, painting and finishing. Maintaining accurate finish formulas in organized systemic manner.
  • Continuously develop self-knowledge pertaining to new methods, tools, standards, or practices related to the construction of the projects the role is assigned to.
  • Provide and maintain staged finish submittals and Library.
  • Maintain an awareness of and self-guidance where quality of your work is concerned
  • Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures
