Establish clear processes and tactics for converting construction and special projects into maintenance and/or future service opportunities for M3 Service
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing and handoff to operations
Conduct consultative assessments to understand client challenges, operational inefficiencies, and ROI potential
Provide customer insights to inform the development of new services, sustainability initiatives, and technology offerings
Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning for the sales organization
Conduct job walks with service technicians, estimators and other team members
Expand market presence through active networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships
Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with our mission to shift owners from reactive to proactive operational approaches
Provide direction to, and collaborate with, internal marketing team to develop strategy and content for sales tools, presentations and marketing materials and boost brand recognition

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with building owners, facility managers, and executive decision-makers
5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in facility services, building systems, MEP, energy efficiency, sustainability, or related technical solutions

Strong, expanding network of building owner relationships
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technical solutions into business and financial value
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
