- Hold a BS in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems Analysis (MSEE/PhD preferred)
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience or a Master's degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibit solid interpersonal abilities and capability to guide others
- Optional: Internship or work experience in power analysis within the industry
- Optional: Experience with ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, or EMTP‑RV software
- Optional: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Optional: Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and hold Engineer‑in‑Training designation
