Support the Project Manager and field supervision to help maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall workflow.
Manage and organize on-site project files, ensuring all correspondence and relevant documents are properly maintained for reference.
Handle essential project documentation such as:
Assist the Project Manager with obtaining, logging, tracking, and distributing submittals in alignment with contract specifications.
Field coordination and scheduling assistance
Maintain an accurate and current Contract Drawing Log within Procore.
Participate in project close-out activities, including file archiving, plan/document organization, and handoff materials for long-term project recordkeeping.
Develop a thorough understanding of all contract documents and subcontractor scopes to effectively assist both office and field personnel.

Desired project experience includes a range of commercial and industrial building types, such as high-rise, hotel/timeshare, data centers, industrial or tilt-up facilities, office buildings, education, retail, aviation, healthcare, multi-family, federal or municipal projects, hospitality/casino, sports and recreation facilities, parking structures, and tenant improvement or renovation work.
Concrete pour cards, schedules, and placement documentation
Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to support critical tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic project setting.
Experience with Procore, Timberline, MS Word, Excel, and P6 scheduling software preferred. Comparable experience with Prolog or Expedition is acceptable.
Commitment to learning Martin-Harris Construction procedures and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Close-out deliverables, including warranties, guarantees, O&M manuals, and as-built drawing compilation and distribution to the Owner
