This full‑time role requires regular attendance, flexibility for extended hours, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, and occasional climbing, as well as extended phone and computer use. Employees must be able to detect alarms and be available for travel or work on weekends when required.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Demonstrate superior collection, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Understand state fair‑housing laws.
- Intermediate proficiency with computers, MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications a plus.
- Minimum two years residential multifamily property management experience.
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on‑site resident management software.
Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of $23‑$25, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and renewal bonuses. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional weekend days, nights, or holidays as needed.
